Why develop intercultural skills?
Most of today’s managers and executives are facing intercultural challenges on a daily basis – due to leadership or business relationships in international companies as well as international teams on location.
Developing competencies
Diverging cultural backgrounds of colleagues or business partners can make negotiations, deals or project management much more difficult than in intra-cultural collaboration – because of diverging expectations, customs or preferences as for e.g. work organisation, communication or leadership style.
